Can anyone give me the name and words for this song.  I think it is called He'll  understand and say well done.  It goes,  If when you come to the end of your journey, weary of life and the battle is done.....

HE'LL UNDERSTAND AND SAY WELL DONE

V1.
If when you give the best of your service,
Telling the world that the Savior has come.
Be not dismayed when man don't believe you,
He'll understand and say well done.

Cho:
Oh when I come to the end of my journey,
Weary of life, the battle is won.
Carrying the staff and the cross of redemption,
He'll understand and say well done.

V2.
Misunderstood, the Savior of sinners,
Hung on the cross, He was God's only Son.
Oh hear Him call to His Father in Heaven,
Let not My will but Thine be done.

Cho:
Oh when I come to the end of my journey,
Weary of life, the battle is won.
Carrying the staff and the cross of redemption,
He'll understand and say well done.

V3.
If when you've tried and failed in your trying,
Hands sore and scarred from the work you have done.
Take up your cross and come quickly to Jesus,
He'll understand and say well done.

Cho:
Oh when I come to the end of my journey,
Weary of life, the battle is won.
Carrying the staff and the cross of redemption,
He'll understand and say well done.

Oh when you come, to the end of life’s journey;
Weary and worn and the battle is done;
Carrying the cross, the cross of redemption;
He will understand and say well done;
He will understand and say well done.

Give when you give, the best of your service;
Telling the world that the saviour has come;
Be not dismayed, if men won’t defend you;
He will understand and say well done;
He will understand and say well done.

Oh when you try, and fail in your trying;
Hands sore and scarred from the work you’ve begun;
Come to the cross, come quickly to Jesus;
He will understand and say well done;
He will understand and say well done.
