FIRE SHUT UP IN MY BONES
do the lyrics go

It's just like fire shut up in my bones
It's just like fire shut up in my bones,
When I think about what the Lord has done,
I got to go and tell someone
It's like fire shut up in my bones

I think these are the lyrics to He's an On Time God

Chorus:
(He's an on time God, yes, He is).
Oh, on time God, yes, He is.

(Job said), He may not come when you want Him,
(but He'll) be there right on time;
(I tell ya He's an) on time God, yes, He is.

Verse 1:
You can ask the children of Israel,
trapped at the Red Sea
by that mean old Pharoah and his army.
They had water all around them,
and Pharoah on their track,
from out of nowhere, God stepped in
and cut a highway just like that.

Chorus

Verse 2:
You can ask the five thousand hungry souls He fed,
on the banks of the river
with two fish and five loaves of bread.
What a miracle, He performed for the multitude,
oh, what He did way back then,
He'll do today for me and you.

Chorus

Vamp:
He's on time,
He's on time,
He's on time,
yes, He's on time.

He's on time,
He's on time,
He's on time,
oh yes, He's on time.

Ending:
(He's an on time God, yes, He is).
Oh, on time God, yes, He is.

(Job said), He may not come when you want Him,
(but He'll) be there right on time;

He's an on time God,
(repeat as desired)

He's an on time God,
(yes, He is).

Fire Shut Up In My Bones

(1)  Jerusalem was a shaking, Pentecost had arrived,
An upper room party, And they were drunk on the new wine,
Jesus stood among them, And they knew there was no doubt,
This Holy Ghost fire will make you dance and shout.

(Cho)  It’s just like fire, shut up in my bones.
It’s the Holy Ghost fire, shut up in my bones.
It’s just like fire, and it’s shut up in my bones.
It’s the Holy Ghost fire, and it’s shut up in my bones.

(2)  From his mother’s belly, Born to prophesy.
The prophet Jeremiah, Would lift his voice and cry.
Be quiet folks commanded, Shut up leave us alone.
How can you be quiet, When there’s fire down in your bones.

(3)  Into an open sepulcher, Upon Elizah’s bones,
The dead man resurrected, And he ran back to his home,
When he tells the folks the story, You could hear him say,
I found that Holy power, In a dead man’s grave.

(4)  Some people get offended, Because I leap and shout,
They say to much emotion, And to much moving about,
Don’t tell me to be silent, Or sit down in my pew,
Cause if you felt what I felt, I know you'd be shouting too.

(End)   Fire, And it’s shut up in my bones,
Fire, It makes me feel like dancing,
Fire, It makes me feel like shouting,
Fire, I’ve got to praise his name,
Fire, It’s just like fire, fire, fire

(2nd Cho)   Fire, Fire, shut up in my bones.
Oh, Holy Ghost fire shut up in my bones.
It’s just like fire, Fire, Fire, Shut up in my bones.
I’ve got the Holy Ghost fire, Holy Ghost fire,
Holy Ghost fire, shut up in my bones.

On Time God

Chorus:
Let me tell you he’s an on time God yes he is,
oh, oh he’s an on time God yes he is,
Job said he may not come when you want him to
but he’ll be there right on time,
I tell you he’s an on time God yes he is.

Verse: 1
You can ask the children of Israel trapped at the red sea,
by that mean old Pharaoh and his army,
they had water all around them and ole Pharaoh on their tracks,
from out of no where God stepped in and made a highway just like that.

Verse: 2
You can ask the five thousand hungry souls he fed,
on the banks of the river with two fish and five loaves of bread,
what a miracle he preformed for the multitude,
and what he did way back then he’ll do today for me and you.

Verse: 3
You can ask Mary and Martha their brother Lazarus was sick in bed,
they said Jesus please come heal him but Jesus waited till he was dead,
they said Lord we don’t understand it why did you wait until now to come,
Jesus said Lazarus come forth death let him go he came walking out of the tomb.
