1.] Often trials and troubles gather round us and it seems I'm in this valley all alone. Then I feel his love encamped around me, and someday I know I'm going home.

cho.] Lord it's just another hill that i'm climbing Lord it's just another tear to wipe away. If I can just hold on a little longer I'll be rejoicing in Heaven someday.

2.] Sometimes a hill seems a little higher and I feel I will never see his face every river seems to be a little wider, but by the help of the Lord I'll win this race.

I hope this is the song that you wanted. God Bless!

Thank you but this is not the words I have found. The song is done by Doyle Lawson around 1999. I have tryed for the lyrics and guitar tabs and have not found anything except for the words you have. I did find one verse it goes=every storm seem to be a little darker-and every burden seams to weigh a little more-and every river seams to be a little wider-but I feel im getting closer to the shore. I last heard this on XM radio bluegrass junctuin last Sunday.
Thank you for your help. If you do run acrossed it my e-mail address is jehnzen05@hotmail.com
God bless

Often trials and troubles gather 'round us
And it seems i'm in this valley all alone
But I can feel the angels camped around me
and I know I'm not far away from home

Lord its just another hill that I'm climbing
Lord its just another tear to wipe away
if i can just hold on a little longer
I'll be rejoicing in Heaven some day

(second verse)  hope it helps

Lord it’s just another hill

1. Often troubles and trials gather ‘round me.
And it seems I’m in this valley all alone.
Then I feel the hand of Jesus all around me.
And someday, I know I’m going home.

CHORUS
Lord it’s just another hill that I’m climbing.
Lord it’s just another tear, You’ll wipe away.
If I can just hold on a little longer.
I’ll be rejoicing in Heaven someday.

2; Sometimes this old hill seems to be higher
And it seems I will never see His face.
Every  river it seems a little wider.
But by the help of my Lord, I’ll win this race.

Chorus x 2

The version I have always heard was by the Singing Cookes here are the lyrics they use.

Lord It's Just Another Hill as sung by The Singing Cookes

(Chorus)
Lord it's just another hill that I'm climbing
Lord it's just another tear you'll wipe away
If I can just hold on a little longer
I'll be rejoicing in heaven someday.

(1st Verse)
Often trials and troubles gather 'round me
and it seems I'm in this valley all alone
then I can feel his love encamped around me
and someday I know I'm going home.

(2nd Verse)
Sometimes the hills seem a little higher
And I feel that I will never see his face
Ever river seems to be a little wider
But by the help of my Lord I'll win this race.

(Chorus)
Lord it's just another hill that I'm climbing
Lord it's just another tear you'll wipe away
If I can just hold on a little longer
I'll be rejoicing in heaven someday.
