I don't know if this is the actual title. It starts the chorus. It goes kind of like this
Let me touch Him , Let me touch Jesus . Let me touch Him as He passes be, Just to touch the hem of His garment, So that others may live and not die.Just to be His hand extended, reaching out to the oppressed, let me touch Him , let me touch Jesus, so that others may know and be blessed.

" LET ME TOUCH HIM"

1.  LET ME TOUCH HIM, LET ME TOUCH JESUS,
LET ME TOUCH HIM AS HE PASSES BY
SO WHEN I SHALL REACH OUT TO OTHERS, THEY SHALL KNOW HIM
THEY SHALL LIVE AND NOT DIE

CHORUS:

JUST TO BE HIS HAND EXTENDED, REACHING OUT TO THE OPPRESSED,
LET ME TOUCH HIM, LET ME TOUCH JESUS, SO THAT OTHERS MAY KNOW AND BE BLESSED.

2.  I WAS STRAYING SO FAR FROM JESUS, I WAS LONELY, HAD NO PEACE WITHIN, THEN THE HAND OF MY SAVIOR TOUCHED ME, NOW I'M REACHING TO OTHERS IN SIN.

REPEAT CHORUS

TAG:  SO THAT OTHERS MAY KNOW AND BE BLESSED!!

Does anyone knows the verse that starts like this:
There is a river a river flowing, from within and to cleanse my soul...

The third verse of the above song goes like this:

1.There's a river, a river flowing, from with-in and to cleanse my soul. and the flow sets my life to glow  -ing, holy spirit, more than silver or gold.

Maybe this is the verse

There is a river that flows from deep within
There is a fountain that frees my soul from sin
Come to this water, there is a vast supply
There is a river, that never shall run dry.

I think it's Oh to me His hand extended on the chorus

Actually it is "Oh to BE His hand extended."

Let me touch him, let me touch Jesus
Let me touch him as he passes by
So that I shall reach out to others
They shall know him, they shall live and not die

Oh to be his arms extended
Reaching out to the oppressed
Let me touch him, let me touch Jesus
So that other may know and be blessed

There's a river, a river flowing
From within and to cleanse my soul
And the JOY sets my heart  a glowing
Sweet Holy Spirit, more than Sliver or Gold.

Oh to be........

I was straying so far from Jesus
I was lonely, had no peace within
Then the hand of my savior touched me
Npw I'm reaching to others in sin

Oh to be....

I have been humming this tune since morning. I could only remember the verse. Oh to be His hands extended...it is a blessing to  see the lyrics here.
I was virtually coaxed in to searching on the web and found this URL..I wonder if I can find the tune for rest of the song. I remember this song as a kid or just this verse as a kid. It is all coming back to me now 40 years later.

Haleluyah this song indeed allows God to manifest His glorious splendor to its full capacity if sung from the heart of God. Wow, prophet Kobus van Rensburg did it again preaching the power of the laying on of hands and sang this song, the glory of God was displayed thereof making people fill up with joy within. Thank you uncle Kobus. God bless you.

I first heard this song done by Herman Harp and Marvin Ponder with Gene and Marie Jennings at the piano and organ respectively.   It has blessed me over the years.

Here it is done by a quartet.  Not all 3 verses, this includes the "There is a River" verse mentioned above.

Blessings
