I can't find the lyrics to an old song our family used to sing. I would really appreciate any help on getting all the words. First verse and chorus goes:

As my soul left my body that was made of earthly clay
An angel of the Lord carried me through the eastern gate.
As his nail scarred hands carressed my soul
He gave me a clean white robe, And I cried I've made it!
Thank God I've made it! My feet have touched the streets of Gold.

Streets of gold I now am walking, just passed by the tree of life.
Took a drink of living water flowing down from God on high.
I now see the halelujah square and the mansion that won't grow old,
And I cry I've made it, thank God I've made it,
My feet have touched the streets of gold!

That is all I can remember. My mother is going nuts trying to remember them and now she has me going nuts alongside her! I know there is more, but can't find the words anywhere. Please help us if you can. We would also like to know the artist if anyone knows. If you can help, please send a note to my mother at -- bettybrennan47@yahoo.com.
Thanks!

I love this song. My husband and I were wrecking our brain trying to remember the song. He and our then Pastor sang it at the graveside when we buried my dad 4 years ago.  How can I get the sheet music.
