I'm so glad he does by Tammy Jones Robinette

Here's the first verse and chorus:

I don't know how he speaks to the ocean, and the waves only come so far;
Or how He reaches deep inside And mends a broken heart;
I don't know how he supplies my needs, it's always enough;
I don't know how He hears and answers prayer, but I'm so glad he does.

I don't know how he walked on the water or calmed the raging sea,
Or how he healed the blind man's eyes, set the captive free;
I don't know how he reached to the bottom and ? he pulled me up,
I don't know how he can do all these things, but I'm so glad he does!

Couldn't quite make out the words with the question mark, but maybe someone else can help?

If you like the song, I'd definitely suggest supporting the artist by purchasing a CD or a digital copy here:

I think ... and from the bow He pulled me up ... is the phrase.
It is a boat term

The lyric is ...
"I don't know how He reached to the bottom
and from the mire He pulled me up."

I don’t know how he speaks to ocean, The waves only come so far
Or how he reaches, deep inside and mends the broken heart.
I don’t know, how he supplies my needs, in just the way he does
I don’t know how he hears and answers prayer, But I’m so glad he does

I Don’t know how he walks on the water or calms the raging sea or
how he heals the blind mans eyes,   sets the captives free
I Don’t know how he reached to the bottom,  from the mire he pulled me up
I Don’t know how he can do all these things ,But I’m so glad he does

I don’t know how he speaks to the little bird,
They know which song to sing or
How he speaks to the wind, &  sends the soft summer breeze, or
He Knows all our sins, & still forgives us
I don’t know how he can do all these things,
But I’m so glad he does

I don’t know how he walks on the water or calms the raging sea or
how he  heals the blind mans eyes,   sets the captives free
I Don’t know how he reached to the bottom,  from the mire he pulled me up
I Don’t know how he can do all these things But I’m so glad he does

I Don’t know how he reached to the bottom  from the mire, he pulled me up
I Don’t know how he can do all these things But I’m so glad he does
