A Royal Banquet

1      He knew love and joy and tears
He felt compassion, pain and fear
And he longs to hold us in the shadow of his wings.
        For he knows our weaknesses
And he wants us to be the guests:
A royal banquet with the King of Kings
A royal banquet with the King of Kings

Ch   (Women)       Who shall we say he is?
(Men)             In the beginning was the Word
(Women)       Who shall we say he is?
(Men)             And the Word became Flesh
(Both)            And the Word lived among us
And we have seen his glory...

2      Fully God and fully man
Our Lord, eternal great "I am"
And we, undeserving, know the fulness that he brings.
        Mercy for humanity
        Abundance for our poverty
A royal banquet with the King of Kings
A royal banquet with the King of Kings

        (repeat chorus and finish with...)

3      And - we know we're in his care
Until - the glorious day we share
A royal banquet with the King of Kings
A royal banquet with the King of Kings
A royal banquet with the King of Kings
A royal banquet - with the King of Kings !

Thanks, but this isn't the lyrics I'm looking for.  I do appreciate your help though!

There's a banquet set for God's Holy Kingdom
The most distinguished guest will grace the table fine
For this ole beggar you now see has been invited
And they're all expecting me to come and dine

C) Yes, they're looking for me at the Royal Banquet
They've already set a place for me to dine
Some have already left for the gathering
But they won't celebrate til all the guest arrive

I'll be leaving here in Royal transportation
I'll arrive on Golden Streets inside the gate
For this ole country girl/boy you see has been invited
And they're all expecting me I just can't wait
